Boundaries aren't about building walls - they're about protecting yourself while staying open to connection. I've learned this the hard way in relationships where I gave too much of myself away.
Know your non-negotiables. What are you willing to accept? What behavior is a deal-breaker? Communicate these early, before you're in too deep.
